`reached a settlement in principle and signed off on a term sheet reflecting that

`settlement in principle. The parties expect to be back to the Court in short order

`with a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice after a definitive settlement
`
`agreement has been prepared and fully executed. We thank the Court for its time,
`
`consideration, and guidance throughout the course of this matter, and of course the
`
`parties will address any questions or follow any instructions the Court may have
`
`with regard to this development.
